Food: 4/5 (Good food!) Service: 3/5 (Service was okay!) Atmosphere: N/A Stepped into the Lansing Shuffle and was thoroughly impressed with the vibe and restaurants coming together to bring this place alive. When you first walk in, Kin Thai restaurant is the first you see. Kin Thai street food had a variety of comfort food, healthy options, and vegetarian choices, and a selection of milk teas, fruit teas, and other drinks. Located in Lansing, Michigan, at the Lansing Shuffle Hall, they are giving meals that gives that shocked factor off first glance, and the meals are good. The food is good! Got to indulge in the crab ragoon nachos, try the orange chicken, steak bites, and other dishes. Loved the presentation! Looking through the menu, there's some great dishes that's worth going back for, and the prices are moderate - not to bad. Love the innovative ideas, and can't wait to try other menu items. The service was okay. While the restaurant was bustling, which can make things a bit hectic, the staff did their best to keep the flow going. It was a bit of a wait for our food, as we were informed they would notify us when food was ready. After checking in about the delay, the team rem

Great food, staff doesn't seem to want the place to survive. We go to the shuffle often and so many times do we go get a drink and well before an hour of closing on their Google hours are they putting up the closed sign. One of the only places we like in there but sadly can't seem to stay open during posted hours. I will say im updating to 1 star

I definitely had high hopes. I was at the Lansing Shuffle for an event and tried the food at this restaurant in the food court. I wanted to love it. The presentation is great. But the Pad Thai wasn't great just a flavor profile I wasn't like any Pad Thai that I'm used to. Also, the Crab Rangoon Nachos were okay. But I think what is needed is more of the plum sauce or whatever that is which makes the dish so ask for extra. After a few bites it just got too creamy and crabby and needed that sauce to cut it. We ended up throwing them away. Regular Crab Rangoon would be better.

I went here during lunchtime for a private room business event. I decided to get the crab meat Rangoon nachos since they were recommended in the reviews. Order, give them your phone number and they text you for pick up when it’s ready. The entree was prepared quickly and was enough for two people or more. It was delicious but had too much cream cheese for my liking. Competitive prices, clean and good service. I would return.

We ordered Bang Bang-Kok Shrimp, Shrimp Pad Thai, and a couple teas. The shrimp are jumbo and SO good! The Bang Bang Shrimp was over-sauced, but I was able to just scrape some off. Not much spice to those, but great flavor and a good size portion for sharing. Fire spice level on the pad thai was actually painful and borderline inedible. They said it is a "4" on the spice scale...so I think maybe they meant 4 on a scale of 1-3! The flavors were good but it was too hot to fully enjoy! I'd definitely order it again but with less spice next time. Fair pricing, good service, and fantastic food!
